25-unit Station House Building in Mint Plaza Hits the Market

A luxury apartment building in Mint Plaza has hit the market. The 25 rental units of Station House #1 at 6 Mint Plaza currently bring in over $1.4M in income, but the building is already condo-mapped for individual sales. It's got eight one-bedrooms, 13 two-bedrooms, and four three-bedrooms, including a penthouse, as well as 26 parking spots and ground floor retail. The units are pretty swanky, and there's a rooftop area with a spa, dog run, and lounge. Martin Building Company redeveloped the property from industrial storage into luxury lofts in 2007, but before that it was once part of the Hales Brothers Department Store and was a San Francisco Fire Department firehouse. CBRE is facilitating the sale, but there's no price listed. · Stations House #1 [CBRE]
