Bay Meadows has released new renderings of their ongoing mega-project in San Mateo. The renderings focus on Delaware Street, the neighborhood's "vibrant, yet dynamic" main thoroughfare. The street will have a town square, community gardens, bocce ball courts, a beer garden and other amenities for residents and guests of the 1,100 housing units that will be built. The daytime population will also be able to take advantage of the space when work begins on the five planned office buildings that will create over 1.5 million square feet of work space. So far, two residential buildings have been completed and are nearly sold out.
