Last Week's Biggest Sales: Hundreds of Thousands Over Asking

Listed for: $2,995,000
Received: $3,300,000
Size: 4-bed, 4-bath single-family home
Location: 1066 Francisco St., Russian Hill
The skinny: This home was listed and sold for more than $300K over asking in less than one month. It landed on the market in late January and was in contract in two weeks, selling a few days later. It's had the same owner for 45 years and the interiors reflect that, but the property itself is a real gem: two decks, 2-car parking in the garage, views galore, and you can't beat Francisco Street in Russian Hill.

Listed for: $3,395,000
Received: $3,905,000
Size: 4-bed, 3.5-bath single-family home
Location: 2832 Sacramento St., Pacific Heights
The skinny: This home was on and off the market in 2010 and 2011, and was relisted in late January for $3.395M. It went into contract pretty quickly, and then sold for $510K over asking.

Listed for: $5,395,000
Received: $5,650,000
Size: 5-bed, 4.5-bath single-family home
Location: 2775 Clay St., Pacific Heights
The skinny: With Alta Plaza Park as its front yard, it's no wonder that this home sold for $255K over asking. It last sold in December of 2012 for $2.7M, and then underwent a significant remodel to modernize the interiors. It landed on the market on January 27 and was sold by the 12th of February. That means it was on the market for just over two weeks.
