BART has ended an agreement with its Wi-Fi provider, cutting off Wi-Fi access for passengers. According to a BART spokesman, the Wi-Fi service was only ever available in less than five percent of BART trains and its ending is simply the conclusion of a trial period. The Wi-Fi provider, however, has accused BART of backing out of a long-term contract and is threatening legal action. [SFGate]
