That's a Wrap

The Castro Street improvements that were scheduled to wind up back in October dragged on well beyond their target deadline, but it looks as if the last construction has finally wrapped up with the completion of pedestrian walkways at Jane Warner Plaza. Although there was a ribbon-cutting ceremony back in late October, work on the new pathways kept going through November. Local business owners, many of whom suffered a dip in business during the construction, are relieved that the Castro is finally back to normal. [Hoodline]
