A Bay Area company called Eaze promises to deliver medical marijuana to patients with an average delivery time of 10 minutes, earning it the nickname "the Uber for Pot." Eaze was founded by Keith McCarty, who was previously a very early employee of Yammer, the social networking service bought by Microsoft for $1.2 billion. Eaze was among the first in the pot delivery market and has pulled in investments of $1.5 million, but other competitors are now entering the potentially lucrative field. [NBC Bay Area]
