High waves earlier this morning prompted the Embarcadero to shut down, and it's not even high tide yet. Power is out for about 80,000 around the city, according to a recent tally from PG&E. A Google bus struggled through high waters on Cesar Chavez, waters have risen in San Bruno and San Mateo, and somewhere in SF a guy climbed out the window of his flooded car. In Healdsburg, people are kayaking to Safeway. We don't recommend leaving the house—or getting in your car, depending on where you live—but if you do venture out, send us your photos or tweet to @CurbedSF.
