Though it won approval from the Planning Commission back in September, the proposed trio of townhomes at 115 Telegraph Hill Boulevard faced a further challenge from the Telegraph Hill Dwellers, who wanted the Board of Supervisors to override the project's conditional use authorization and categorial exemption from environmental review. On Tuesday the BOS sided with Planning's decision, voting 7-3 on the environmental question and 8-2 on the conditional use decision. [Previously; Curbed inbox]
