When luxury condo development Nove first came to Noe Valley back in 2010, it was a hit. The nine condos, designed by Handel Architects (of Millennium Tower fame), sold quickly, with the most expensive unit—a four-bedroom—going into escrow for $1.749 million just days after the development hit the market. Fast-forward four years and a three-bedroom Nove condo is back on the market, but this time it's asking a substantial $2.195 million. The home is one of the development's townhouse-style units, with four levels, all of which have some outdoor space.
There's no official sales price listed for this home's first sale back in 2010, but a similar three-bedroom townhouse was listed for $1.575 million at the time. The San Francisco real estate market has, of course, changed substantially since 2010, so we're not exactly surprised by the hefty price of this unit. It's been impeccably kept, is LEED Platinum-certified, and sits at a prime location near both Noe and the Mission.
