Construction Wire

After months of anticipation and endless delays, construction on Mid-Market's new $150 million retail center Market Street Place has finally begun. A groundbreaking ceremony today officially marks the start of construction, which will last until July 2016. The project doesn't have any tenants yet, but developers Cypress Equities say that they are in negotiations with a number of retailers and will begin announcing tenants over the next few months.
