Saitowitz-Designed Four-Bedroom Deletes $605K

New, 3 comments

After spending two months on the market looking for $10.5 million, the Stanley Saitowitz-remodeled abode at 2555 Union Street has chopped its price by $605K in hopes of landing a buyer who wants to live inside the architectural equivalent of an iPad. Last time around, the four-bedroom, 6,024-square-foot piece of live-in tech had trouble selling, too. In 2012, it went for $7.95 million after originally listing for $9.25 million. The new ask, $9.895 million, hasn't dipped down to 2012 levels, but maybe it won't have to? The staging is better than last time, and as far as we know Samsung isn't coming out with a rival product anytime soon.
