The first-ever Art Silicon Valley/San Francisco art fair kicks off at the San Mateo Event Center tomorrow, and there will be several Banksys in attendance at a booth run by the Keszler Gallery. The works are culled from the street artist's 2013 stop in New York, but contrary to the anti-establishment ethos of the graffito master himself, there's a $25 day pass standing between the public and the most democratic of arts.
