Look Down on Grace Cathedral from This $2.995M Co-Op

New, 1 comment

Less than a block away from Nob Hill's Huntington Park, the big 1960s co-op building at 1200 California sits practically atop Grace Cathedral. Unit 11C is currently owned by interior designer Ronald Crosetti, whose work has shown up in Architectural Digest over the years. The windows of the stately, distinguished apartment looks right onto Grace Cathedral, and glimpses of Coit Tower and Twin Peaks pop up from other vantage points. Inside the 2,408-square-foot space are two bedrooms, including a master suite with separate dressing rooms, three bathrooms, and a sun porch. The apartment was on the market for two months back in late spring asking $3.295 million, but failed to find a buyer and has now slid its price down $300K to land at $2.995M. Perhaps the issue is the building's co-op status—all buyers must pass a new owner interview.
