If this 1889 Queen Anne, designed by Samuel Newsom, had listed earlier this month, it would have nabbed the No. 12 spot on our list of the 25 most expensive homes for sale in San Francisco. As it stands, though, this place has plenty going for it: The six-bedroom, six-point-five-bath mini-castle (complete with bay-window turret!) has all the Golden Gate and bayfront views you'd expect, along with pristine moldings, an original-looking mantlepiece, artfully filigreed railings, French doors practically everywhere, and tiered balconies in the rear.
