Good Lord, after just four days on the market, the Noe Valley swankfest we were gawking at last week is now pending. As you recall, the formerly two-bedroom, $850K home, which flippers transformed into a five-bedroom swankfest with luxury everything, went on the market last week asking a goodly 400 percent more than the prior sale price.
