You don't often see a studio that's also its own freestanding home. Though it almost looks like some sort of carriage house for the multi-family building next door, this gray-shingled number has all of its faculties, if in miniature form. There's a wee kitchen, and a sleeping loft with a fairly decent closet, considering the size. Visitors enter (single file) via a narrow courtyard. The interiors are helped along by a light palette and whitewashed fir floors, though the color scheme makes the scrappy-looking ductwork stand out mightily. We heard former Clorox CEO G. Craig Sullivan was downsizing, though this is probably not what he had in mind.
