Dropbox has apologized amid the controversy over the now-famous video showing some of its employees arguing with teens over access to the Mission Playground soccer field. The Park & Rec policy that led to the standoff—an online reservation system that allows players to reserve the field during certain hours for a fee—has been causing frustrations for weeks among players accustomed to playing pickup games for free.
