After the regional Better Business Bureau gave Uber a grade of F, the Taxicab, Limousine & Paratransit Association gleefully alerted the press to the ride-sharing service's failing grade, which is based on the 91 complaints the BBB has received about Uber since late 2012. But the taxi flacks apparently failed to look up their own BBB record before firing off those missives, because as the Business Times points out, the Yellow Cab Cooperative in San Francisco also received an F. It should be noted that the cooperative netted far fewer complaints—five in all, and the same number as Lyft, incidentally. [BBB; SF Business Times]
