Back in October Curbed brought news of the project at 270 Brannan that will convert a parking lot in SoMa into a seven-story, 65 foot building with 189,000 sq.ft. of office space. The fancy design by Pfau Long Architecture will feature a landscaped atrium with a glass canopy and living green wall, and now there are floor plans to show it. Everything was unanimously approved by the Planning Commission in October, with one commissioner calling it "a high challenge to many other architects." If everything goes according to plan, construction should start this spring with space available in early 2015.
