Very Expensive One Bedroom at the Millennium Sells for $1.65M

New, 6 comments

For those who can afford it, condos at the Millennium Tower are not a hard sell. Residents pay a pretty penny in monthly HOA dues to have access to the building's many amenities—a 20,000-square-foot Club Level; private dining room for residents serviced by Michael Mina's RN74; a Sports Club LA managed fitness center. The luxury tower was also recently named one of the top residential buildings in the world by Worth Magazine. With all that said, we still got sticker shock when we saw the sold price for this 1-bed, 2-bath, 1,424-square-foot condo on the 10th floor. Last sold in May of 2013 for $1.3M, the condo then was put back on the market in October of last year for a mind-numbing $1.75M. Not receiving an offer, it was then reduced to $1.695M, and then finally sold for $1.65M. It's a gorgeous, light-filled unit with floor-to-ceiling windows that have incredible views of SoMa. Monthly HOA dues are $1,629 and there's 1-car valet parking for an additional $190 per month.
