What $3,700/Month Can Rent You Around San Francisco

Welcome back to Curbed Comparisons, where we scour San Francisco's rental listings to see what your monthly budget will get you across the city. This week, we're investigating apartments listed for $3,700/month. Space, Victorian charm, new construction, or views? You tell us which lease you'd sign.

↑ In the Outer Sunset, this 3-bed, 2-bath home is asking $3,695/month. Located two blocks from the beach, this two-story single family home has been fully renovated with hardwood throughout, a new kitchen, recessed lighting in all rooms, washer and dryer, a one-car garage, and a backyard. No pets.

↑ In the Richmond, this Lake Street 2-bed, 1-bath charmer is asking $3,600/month. It's a corner unit lined with windows, with its living space looking across the street to the Presidio. There's a fireplace and hardwood throughout, but the kitchen is a bit dated. Street parking and onsite laundry. Naturally, an apartment this pretty doesn't allow pets.

↑ In the Castro, this Victorian 1-bed, 1-bath plus office is asking $3,750/month. The kitchen and bathroom are renovated and the living room features a beautiful window with alcove and vintage fireplace. There's onsite laundry and parking is available for an additional $200/month. Again, no pets.

↑ In Duboce Triangle, this new construction 1-bed, 1-bath is asking $3,700/month. It's got a super-mod designer kitchen, in-unit laundry, installed surround-sound audio speaker, CAT 6 wiring, and the option for an individual security system. Parking is available for an (unspecified) additional fee.
