The Stanley Saitowitz-designed Blanc in the Tendernob came onto the market about four months ago to much fanfare, and all but one of the 35 units are in contract. Today, three of the units were officially sold. All received asking, with an average of around $800 per square foot. [Curbed SF/Redfin]
