New Luxury Hotel to Break Ground in Mission Bay This Year

New, 2 comments

It appears San Francisco's clogged hotel pipeline is showing more signs of life. Development group SOMA Hotel has announced plans to move forward with a 15-story luxury Mission Bay hotel as soon as late 2014. The building, to be located on a plot adjacent to Mission Creek, will contain up to 250 rooms run by a four-star hotel chain with a bar and restaurant on the ground floor. This is the only new construction currently planned for a high-end hotel. Several other mid-level hotels are building/planned including: 942 Mission, 250 Fourth and 1055 Market.
