The Bay Bridge's bolt problem continues to be the gift that keeps on giving. First assessed last March, the weakened bolts already cost the state $25 million to repair in order to open the bridge last Labor Day weekend. Now an additional $10 million will be spent this year watching and testing the bolts. That figure may not be final, as still more testing is required to see if there are more faulty bolts installed into key areas of the bridge, such as the main tower. [Curbed SF/SFGate]
