Pitcher Barry Zito's Former Marina Digs Land on the Market

New, 1 comment

San Francisco Giants pitcher Barry Zito's former condo in the Marina has just hit the market asking $1,299,888. The 2-bed, 1.5-bath flat was purchased by Zito in 2002 for $715K, and he sold it for $785K 13 months later. In 2006, the pitcher signed a seven-year deal with the San Francisco Giants for $126M, so these days his real estate portfolio includes trying to offload his Kentfield estate for close to $10M. Talk about moving up in the world. The Marina condo underwent a recent remodel and has highlights like a chef's kitchen and beautifully restored architectural elements throughout. Monthly HOA dues aren't listed and there's 1-car parking in the garage.
