Amazon.com, the website that will order and ship you bulk toilet paper so that you don't have to face the embarrassment of carrying it out of the store (why won't store's just bag it? Ugh!), is expanding its San Francisco offices to almost 150,000 square feet. Though the company is headquartered in Seattle, the retailer has a 65,000 square foot lease at 475 Sansome and a 83,000 square foot lease at 188 Spear Street. San Francisco Business Times reports that the "Sansome St. deal was the second largest new lease in the month of August, slightly smaller than Cisco's 67,000-square-foot lease at 500 Terry Francois.
