The sales team has begun to market the first release of eight condos in the building, which are located on floors two through five. A 2-bed, 1-bath, approximately 753 square foot unit start at $680K, though no parking is included with the smaller units. A larger 2-bed, 2-bath, approximately 1,282 sq. ft. unit starts at $860K. The 3-bed, 2-bath, approximately 1,222 sq. ft. units start at $850K. Right now, the eight homes that are up for grabs range from $680K to $920K.
