With the three final plans for the former commissary site in the Presidio due yesterday, all eyes are on frontrunner: The Lucas Cultural Arts Museum. Armed with the promise of a $700 million endowment (and the backing of Mayor Lee) George Lucas' plans to build his homage to 20th century illustration and digital art here.
