Work is progressing swiftly at Linea, a new residential building at the corner of Market and Buchanan Streets. Installation of the glass wall panels is well underway, giving a sneak peek of what this building will look like when completed. While the glass doesn't appear quite as sleek as the renderings, the final product hasn't strayed far from the original Arquitectonica design. When completed this modern 9-story condo building will feature two studios, 59 one-bedroom and 54 two-bedroom units with ground floor retail and parking. Floor plans and pricing have already been revealed, and the condos are now selling. The official website claims only 20 weeks left until occupancy begins, so expect to see this completed sometime in January.
