Wells Fargo and Deutsche Bank are suing SF investment firm Mortgages Resolution Partners. The two banks claim that the firm is acting unconstitutionally in their plan to force the sale of 624 underwater mortgages using eminent domain. The banks are slapping the city of Richmond with a lawsuit as well. [SF Appeal]
