Minimalist Russian Hill Stunner Hacks $1.115M Off its Price

New, 7 comments

Was: $7,000,000
Now: $5,885,000
You save: $1,115,000 A Russian Hill home designed by Stanley Saitowitz has been price chopped by $1.115M. 1110 Green Street is a 5-level, 4-bed, 2.5-bath, 3,795 square foot single-family home that really embraces the whole etched glass and slate look. The home first appeared on the market in April of last year asking $7M, and was quietly delisted without a sale in July of this year. Now it's back and has a more obtainable price tag of $5.885M. The new listed makes no mention of the America's Cup, which before was a major selling point: "perched atop Russian Hill, perfectly situated for the spectacular upcoming America's Cup." Think the $1.115M price reduction will entice a buyer?
