Your First Look at MTV's The Real World Sutter Street Digs

Further proof that MTV's The Real World has made the old Avalon Ballroom on Sutter Street the home of its 29th (and maybe final) season: Juanita More, who lives near the Avalon Ballroom, just put up this photo on Instagram and said "The entrance to the Real World house Season 28 in SF. One block away from me. I hope they let me in when I knock on the door." 1244 Sutter has housed a dancing school, galleries, a movie theater, and most recently an Internet company. Building permits show that the space is being built out for bathrooms and a kitchen, plus electrical wiring for cameras.
