38 Dolores is gearing up for its debut on the rental market, and a few photos have come out of the interiors. Mostly focusing on the kitchen and bathroom, the photos show us that the kitchen's outfitted with Studio Becker cabinets and hardwood flooring. Pricing for the 82 apartments hasn't been confirmed yet, but we can tell you that there will be six studios, about 20 one-bedrooms, only four three-bedrooms, and the rest will be two bedrooms. The building will have a 30,000 square foot commercial space on the ground floor that will house a Whole Foods. Building amenities include a green roof, on-site car share and bicycle parking, and the building's slated for LEED Gold certification.
