Google is expanding again, this time taking over an existing 500,000 sq. ft. space in Silicon Valley. The lease terms will give Google the entire building formerly known as the Mayfield Mall (now known as San Antonio Station) in Mountain View. This lease joins the list of Google's growing Bay Area demands, including more than doubling their Spear Street offices in San Francisco and their new 1.1 million sq. ft. Googleplex campus currently under construction. [San Francisco Business Times/Curbed SF]
