Studio's are 450 square feet and are asking $479K with monthly HOA dues of $449. One bedrooms range between $614,035 and $739,025 and have square footage from 600 to 700. Monthly HOA dues are estimated to be between $479 and $507. One bedrooms plus a den will be $805,048 and 753 square feet with monthly HOA dues of $507. Two bedrooms that include parking are between $830,793 and $1,295,483 with square footage from 760 to 1,100. Monthly HOA dues are estimated to be between $577 and $659. A two bedroom plus den and parking are $1,215,297 and are 1,030 square feet with monthly HOA dues of $642. "If a buyer opts not to purchase parking the purchase price can be reduced by $40,000."
