San Francisco's 4th Most Expenisve Abode Sells for $18M

New, 6 comments

Just a few hours after we published Curbed's weekly report of the most expensive listings sold this past week, 3660 Jackson in Presidio Heights closed for a reported $18M. That's right, folks. The 6-bed, 6.5-bath, 8,820 square foot home was listed in mid-June asking $17.5M, and it sold today for $18M. Before it was sold, the property was the fourth most expensive abode for sale in San Francisco. The home's sunken backyard sits on the Presidio wall, so there are views galore from the property of the park. No word yet on who the buyer is, but we'll keep you posted.
