When 829 Folsom released some of its condos onto the market earlier this year, the building kept with the current trend and sold out almost instantly. The 69-unit building, a white and silver vertical tower looming over San Francisco's Yerba Buena, was offering 1-bed, 1-bath units under $530K, and 2-bed, 2-bath units for under $600K. Designed by San Francisco design firm Forma LLC, the building has floor-to-ceiling windows, a garage with bicycle and storage areas, a doorman, an entertainment lounge and landscaped outdoor courtyard, and a rooftop terrace with a dining area. The entire building is now 90 percent sold out. What's left and just released to the market are the pretty pricey units on the upper floors. Eight came onto the market on Saturday, and three are already in contract. The lowest available price is $739K and the highest available price is $1.595M.
