San Francisco General Hospital has put out its final call for 2014 'Hearts in San Francisco' artists. Bay Area artists only have a few more weeks to submit their designs for the 2014 Hearts in San Francisco series. The hearts range in size, and you can spot some of the large sculptures (five feet tall) around town in places like Union Square. They eventually get sold or auctioned off, and the proceeds benefit the San Francisco General Hospital. [Curbed Inbox/photo via Sergio Ruiz]
