Lennar Corp has found an investor for its $7 billion Hunter's Point project. While the exact amount was not specified, Lennar stated it is a "significant minority stake,' although most likely less than than the original $1.7 billion deal with Chinese Development Corp. that fell apart a few months back. Construction has begun on 247 (of the planned 1,400) residences, expected to be completed by the end of next year. [San Francisco Business Times/Curbed SF]
