Supervisor London Breed announced in her latest newsletter that the city has "reached an agreement to extend Proxy Development's lease on the city-owned lot at Octavia and Hayes." The temporary two-block Hayes Valley project was given a 3-year lease in 2010 for $5K a month, and has been so successful that it's now a "model of innovation" for urban development.
