This Friday and Saturday, the curb lanes on both sides of Market Street will be repaved from Van Ness Avenue to Sixth Street to "create a smoother and safer ride for cyclists and motorists." Public transportation will still be up and running, but bikes, trucks and cars won't be allowed to cruise down Market. The other parts of Market Street are gearing up for a repaving later this year.
