Trumark Urban and Hillwood West have officially closed on two desirable development sites in San Francisco, according to a press release. 2155 Webster, a re-purposing of the former Dugoni School of Dentistry in Pacific Heights, and 1501 Filbert, a new infill project in Cow Hollow, will combine for 104 new residential units. 1501 Filbert is expected to begin construction soon, while 2155 Webster will break ground next year.
