New Market Street Development Begins Leasing Apartments to Support "Tech-Savvy Lifestyle"

New, 1 comment

The leasing center for Nema—Crescent Heights' awkwardly-named "New Market" development at 10th and Market—opened for previews this morning, showcasing of the first of what will eventually be 754 studio, 1-BR, and 2-BR luxury apartments. The four glassy, linked towers, designed by Handel Architects, range from 10 to 37 floors, adding to the momentum and the skyline of the Mid-Market boom. The South Tower opens in October, followed by the North Tower in March 2014.

Studios start at $1950/month for a 469 square foot space, and a 969 square foot 1-BR apartment will run you a cool $4399/month. That pretty penny also gets your own washer/dryer and 30,000 square feet of amenity spaces including: a 7000 square foot fitness center; a 60 foot salt-water pool; several outdoor terraces with communal grills, firepits, and an outdoor movie set-up; two lobbies and entry plazas outfitted with a carefully curated art collection; a club room/solarium...etc etc. Beyond the facilities proper, service amenities ensure that "whether your bike needs new brakes, your puppy needs a shampoo, your apartment needs some housekeeping TLC, or it's 3am and you desperately need a high-volume color printer, Nema has your back." If you've been wondering why no one texts you when your laundry is ready, arranges your trips to Tahoe, or delivers you a curated selection of Napa wines, rest easy; you may just have found your new home.
