On June 25, the Supes will hold a public hearing to review a report on assessment costs for inspection and repairs to blighted properties. Back in December 2008, then-Mayor Gavin Newsom signed the Community Preservation and Blight Reduction Act, which authorized notices of violations (think fees and citations) against blighted property owners.
