Is That Polk and Pacific Project Ready for Move-in?

Hey Curbed. I see that the signage is up for that really bland building on the corner of Pacific and Polk. What's the word? We've covered the progress at 1595 Pacific from permitting through construction, and now the building is leasing. Developed by Wilson Meany Sullivan, the six-story Pacific Terrace building contains 41 rental units managed by Meridian Management Group. Floor plans and prices are now available, which we've broken down for your viewing pleasure. Pacific Terrace is definitely being pushed as high-end luxury rentals, with units featuring nine foot ceilings, hardwood floors, washer/dryer in each unit, and fancy finishes. The building itself is hocking some swanky amenities, too, like a roof deck, "private sunning garden," on-site car sharing, and it's pet-friendly.

Units range from a 780 sq.ft. 1/1 to a 1537 sq.ft. 3/2, priced at $3,000 to $6,800, respectively. Leasing has already started with applications available on their website. Here's the breakdown:
