Last week we told you that a new 11-story boutique building in the Tendernob was getting ready for its closeup. Blanc, or 1080 Sutter, will have 35 residences over ground floor retail. The sale office opens in July. There's no word yet on pricing, but we did get our hands on two new renderings of the units. Blanc is from the same developer who brought the Mission 299 Valencia.
