The same folks who brought the Mission the 299 Valencia development are gearing up for their next big opening. 1080 Sutter in the Tendernob is a new 11-story boutique building that will have 35 residences over ground floor retail. The sales office is on schedule to open in July, and the building's been named Blanc. [SF New Condos]
