200 Dolores Development Inches Towards Finish Line

Remember when we broke down the incredible history of the lot located on the corner of 15th and Dolores streets? Well, it's time for the site's next chapter to begin. It's been ten years in the making, but the "boutique residences" are finally about to hit the market. There's 13 total, with three being in the historic Victorian home, plus ten newly constructed residences on the corner. There's one 1-bedroom condo, eleven 2-bedroom condos, and one 3-bedroom condo. We're thankful that developers went with the simple name of 200 Dolores, as opposed to something ridiculous like NoDo or Mish Mish. Condo highlights include gas fireplaces, 1-car parking, and Ann Sacks tiles throughout. There's also private roof decks on the top floor units. Pricing hasn't been finalized, but a source close to the development told us that the units are looking to be about $1,000 per square foot. The smallest condo (1BR) is roughly 650 square feet and the largest is the 3BR at approximately 2,200 square feet. Completion is on track for mid-June.
