1844 Market Street will open a leasing office this June for its 113-unit apartment complex. Located near the Castro, Hayes Valley, and Lower Haight junction, "the project will be called Venn, as in Venn diagram." MacFarlane Partners, the group behind the building, is also planning a 12-story apartment complex at 1125 Market Street for their next San Francisco project. [San Francisco Business Times/Curbed SF]
