[Photos via Michael Conrad] The scaffolding and screen at 1595 Pacific were removed a few weeks ago, revealing the nearly completed façade, and now there is a leasing website as well. The 6-story apartment building, now dubbed Pacific Terrace, on the corner of Polk and Pacific Streets in Nob Hill, will feature 41 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units over ground floor retail. Features of the units include hardwood floors, stainless-steel appliances, quartz counters, and "exceptionally large closets." Building amenities include a rooftop garden, car and bicycle parking, and an on-site car-sharing service. The Wilson Meany Sullivan project was constructed on lots formerly occupied by Frame-O-Rama and Rematch Sports, as well as a small parking lot. No word yet on pricing, but the units are expected to be available this summer. -Michael Conrad
